Third parties
Your data is not sold, rented, used for advertising or shared with third parties. The AI models run on our own server; your chats are not sent to third-party AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. Limited data leaves the service only in the following cases:
- Cloudflare: traffic to chat.truvali.ai passes through Cloudflare for security and delivery.
- Huawei Türkiye: provides the server infrastructure.
- Web search: when you use web search, your search query is sent to public search engines through our own search server (SearXNG), and the addresses of the pages found are sent to Keenable (keenable.ai) so that their content can be read. Your name and email address are not included in these requests.
- Integrations you connect yourself: if you connect a service such as GitLab, Jira or Wrike via MCP, the related requests go to that service under your own account and are subject to its terms.
- Email: verification and password reset emails are sent from Bitrelic's own mail server.
- Legal obligations: lawful requests from competent authorities.
Model improvement (training)
Your chats and feedback may be used to improve the TruvaLI model. For this purpose:
- Your email address is not included in the daily exports. When the exports are turned into training data your name is also removed and your account is replaced by a pseudonymous ID.
- Personal information that you type into your messages yourself may remain in the text, so please do not enter real personal or customer data.
- If you do not want this, write to legal@truvali.ai from your account's email address; your chats will not be added to training data.
Retention
- Your account and chats are kept while your account is open and the pilot is running.
- Chats you delete in the interface are removed from the service immediately; the daily exports on the server are deleted after 30 days. To have copies that were already added to training data deleted, write to legal@truvali.ai.
- You can ask for your account and all your data to be deleted at the same address.
