TruvaLI AI terms of use
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Please read these terms before using TruvaLI AI (chat.truvali.ai). By selecting "Accept" you agree to these terms and to the Privacy and data use notice.
1. Purpose of the service
TruvaLI AI is an experimental pilot environment prepared so that you can try and use for free the TruvaLI language model developed by Bitrelic Technology.
- It is not a commercial product. No fees are charged; there is no sale, subscription or service level (SLA) commitment.
- The service may be changed, restricted or discontinued without prior notice.
2. Nature of the answers
- The assistant focuses on AML, fraud and compliance; it may not answer questions outside these areas.
- AI answers may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Answers are not legal, financial or compliance advice. Before making decisions about obligations under MASAK, BDDK, SPK or similar regulators, verify them with official sources and qualified experts.
- The user is responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the answers.
3. Rules of use
- Do not enter real customer, transaction or institution data, such as names, national ID numbers, account or card numbers or client secrets. Use made-up or anonymised examples instead.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, to bypass security measures or to send automated bulk requests.
- Your account is personal; do not share your login details. Every account has a daily usage (token) quota.
- Accounts used against these rules may be suspended or deleted without warning.
4. Your data
A summary follows; details are in the Privacy and data use notice.
- The AI models run on Bitrelic's servers (Huawei, Türkiye). Your chats are not sent to third-party AI services such as OpenAI or Google.
- Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties. Only infrastructure providers required to run the service (Cloudflare, Huawei Türkiye) and the features you use (web search, integrations you connect yourself) receive the relevant data; legal obligations remain reserved.
- Your chats and feedback may be used to improve the TruvaLI model, with your name and email address removed and your account replaced by a pseudonymous ID. If you do not want this, write to legal@truvali.ai from your account's email address; your chats will not be added to training data.
- You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at legal@truvali.ai.
5. Intellectual property and open source
The TruvaLI name, logo and the training work on the TruvaLI model belong to Bitrelic Technology. The TruvaLI v1.1 model (v1.1 Truva) was developed and trained by Bitrelic Technology on top of open-source foundation models, in accordance with their licences. TruvaLI AI is built on open-source software; the components and their licences are listed on the Open source notices page.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bitrelic Technology does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. For significant changes you will be asked to accept the terms again.
